Salsa Ingredients:
tomatoes (not overly ripe, soft to touch) 2 medium
onion 1/2
jalapeno chile, stem and seeds removed 1
juice of lime 1
chopped cilantro 25g (1/2 cup)
Salt and pepper to taste
Salsa Steps:
1. Cut tomatoes, onion and jalapeno into pieces small enough to be placed into the MultiChopper Accessory basket roughly 2x2 cm pieces.
2. Process the tomatoes, onion and jalapeno in the XL Chopper with MultiChopper Accessory, making sure to not over stuff the basket.
3. Remove the lid and basket, and stir in the lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving, to allow flavors to blend.
