Red pepper pesto Ingredients:
garlic 5 cloves
whole red chili peppers, de-seeded 4
fresh basil leaves 100g (4 cup)
sundred tomatoes, well drained 200g (7oz)
broiled red bell peppers 4
grated Parmesan cheese 150g (1 2/3 cup)
blanched almonds 15g (1tbsp)
balsamic vinegar 4 tbsp
light olive oil 250 ml (1 cup)
Freshly ground salt and pepper
Red pepper pesto Steps:
Pleace all the ingredients into beaker and blend into a pesto.
Season with freshly ground salt and pepper.
