Butternut Squash with Orange and Ginger


Butternut Squash with Orange and Ginger Ingredients:

Butternut squash, cooked and cooled                          1/4 cup (60 ml)
Medium orange, including with part of peel, quartered  1
Orange juice                                                             1 cup (240 ml)
Fresh ginger, peeled                                                  1/8 teaspoon
Ice cubes                                                                  1/2 cup (120 ml)

Butternut Squash with Orange and Ginger Steps:

1. Pleace all ingredients in blender in order listed

2. Secure lid

3. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to high

4. Run for 1 minutes or until smooth

5. Serve immediately
