Tomatillo Salsa Ingredients:
Tomatillos 16
Scallions 4
Jalapenos 2
Garlic 1 cove
Lime juice 1/4 cup (60ml)
Cilantro leaves 1 cup (240ml)
Salt 1 tsp
Tomatillo Salsa Steps:
1. Place all ingredients in blender in order listed
2. Turn on machine and run for 10 seconds or just until chopped.
3. If necessary, use the tamper to push the ingredients into the blades while processing.
* Do not over mix. Serve as a dip or as an accompaniment.
