Salsa Mexicano

Salsa Mexicano Ingredients:

Stewed Tomatoes          2 cups (480)
Jalapeno Peppers           4 onces (120ml)
Green chilies                 4 onces (120ml)
Cider vinegar                1 tbsp
Tomato paste                2 tbsp
dried parsley or cilantro 1/2 tsp
Salt                              1/2 tsp (optional)

Salsa Mexicano Steps:

1. Place all ingredients in blender

2. Turn on machine and run for 3-5 seconds or until ingredients are choppend to desired consistency.

3. If necessary, use the tamper to push the ingredients into the blades while processing.

* Do not over mix. Serve with tortilla chips.
