California Salsa Ingredients:
Fresh Cilantro 1/4 cup (60ml)
Medium Onion 1/2
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Roma Tomatoes 6
Serrano Chile Pepper 1
Cider Vinegar 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
California Salsa Steps:
1. Place all ingredients in blender listed. Run for 5-10 sec. or until ingredients are chopped to desired consistency.
2. If necessary, use the tamper to push the ingredients into the blades while processing.
* Do not over mix. Serve with trotilla chips.
