Peanut butter, banana and flax smoothie ingredients:

Unsweetened almond milk  120ml
Vanilla Yougurt                  125g
Ground flaxseed                 2 tbsp
Creamy peanut butter         1tbsp
Honey                                1tsp
Ripe banana (sliced)            1

 

Peanut butter, banana and flax smoothie steps:

1. Place ingredients in beaker. Blend using the blender bar.
