Basic Fruit Smoothie Ingredients:

Soy milk                                                            1 cup (240 ml)
Medium banana                                                  1/2
unsweetened pineapple juice concentrate, frozen   2 tablespoons

Basic Fruit Smoothie Steps:

1. Pleace all ingredients in blender in order listed

2. Secure lid

3. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to high

4. Run for 30 seconds or until smooth

5. Serve immediately
