Frozen Honey Colada Ingredients:

Honey                                              1 teaspoon
Cream of coconut                              1/4 cup (60 ml)
Fresh or canned pineapple, with juice  1/4 cup (60 ml)
Skin or lowfat milk                             1/4 cup (60 ml)
Ice cubes                                          1 cup (240 ml)

Frozen Honey Colada Steps:

1. Pleace all ingredients in blender in order listed

2. Secure lid

3. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to high

4. Run for 30 seconds or until smooth

5. Serve immediately
