Tropical Cooler Ingredients:

Tofu                                  3/4 cup (180 ml)
Cantaloupe                        1/2 cup (120 ml)
Pineapple with juice chilled  1/2 cup (120 ml)
Medium banana                  1/2
Slice lemon, with peel         1/8 inch (3 mm)
Honey or other sweetener   1 tablespoon
Ice cubes                           3/4 cup (180 ml)

Tropical Cooler Steps:

1. Pleace all ingredients in blender in order listed

2. Secure lid

3. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to high

4. Run for 30-60 seconds or until smooth

5. If necessary use the tamper to press any ingredients into the blades while processing.

6. Serve immediately
