Blueberry Kiss Ingredients:
Fresh or frozen blueberries 1 cup (240 ml) thawed
Vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt or ice cream 1/2 cups (120 ml)
Sugar or other sweetener 1 tablespoon (to taste)
Lowfat milk 1/2 cup (120 ml)
Ice Cube 1/4 cup (60 ml)
Blueberry Kiss Steps:
1. Place all ingredients in blender in order list.
2. Secure lid, Turn on machine and quickly turn to high
3. Run for 20 seconds or until smooth
4. Serve immediately
