Raspberry Shake

Raspberry Shake Ingredients:

Fresh or frozen raspberries                         1/2 cup (120 ml) thawed
Vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt or ice cream     1 cups (240 ml)
Lowfat milk                                               1/4 cup (60 ml)

Raspberry Shake Steps:

1. Place all ingredients in blender in order list.

2. Secure lid, Turn on machine and quickly turn to high

3. Run for 20 seconds or until smooth

4. Serve immediately
