Mocha Mint Shake Ingredients:
Vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt or ice cream 1 cup (240 ml)
Decaffeinated coffee, cold 1/4 cup (60 ml)
Chocolate syrup 2 tablespoon
Mint extract 1/4 teaspoon
Lowfat milk 1/4 cup (60 ml)
Mocha Mint Shake Steps:
1. Place all ingredients in blender in order list.
2. Secure lid, Turn on machine and quickly turn to high
3. Run for 20 seconds or until smooth
4. Serve immediately
