Truffle pesto Ingredients:
summer truffle 80g (3oz)
almonds 70g (3/4 cup)
Parmesan cheese 40g (1/2cup)
truffle oil 50ml (3tbsp)
olive oil 70ml (5tbsp)
balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp
fresh thyme 1 tsp
Truffle pesto Steps:
Place all the ingredients into beaker and blend into a pesto.
