Jalapeno pepper poppers ingredients:
Jalapeno peppers 10
Cream cheese 4 oz (softened)
Bacon strips 10 (halved)
Jalapeno pepper poppers steps:
1. Cut peppers in half lengthwise - remove seeds, stems and center membrane.
2. Stuff each half with about 2 tsp of cream cheese.
3. Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpick.
4. Place on a baking sheet or broiler pack.
5. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20-25 mintues or until bacon is crisp
6. Remove toothpicks
7. Serve immediately.
