Mango Smoothie Ingredients:
Canned mango 1 cup (240 ml)
Mango juice 1 cup (240 ml), from canned mango
Lowfat vanilla yogurt 1/2 cup (120 ml)
Ice cubes 1/4 cup (60 ml)
Mango Smoothie Steps:
1. Pleace all ingredients in blender in order listed
2. Secure lid
3. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to high
4. Run for 30-60 seconds or until smooth
5. Serve immediately
