Ingredients:
Sour Cream 1/2cup/120ml
Skin Milk 3/4cup/180ml
Instant Banana
Cream Pudding Mix 3 1/2ounce/100g
Shredded Coconut 1TBSP
Frozen Orange Juice
Concentrate 1TBSP
Can Crushed
Pineapple, undrained 8ounce/240ml
Steps:
1. Place above ingredients in blender
2. Blend for 15-20 seconds, until mixture is smooth and thick
3. Serve cold with fresh fruit or angel food cake for dipping
