Apple, Banana and Sweet Potato Cooler Ingredients:

Medium Sweet potato, cooked, peeled and cooled  1
Skin Milk                                                            1/2 cup (120 ml)
Small banana                                                     1
Yellow delicious apple, cut in half                         1/2
Nutmeg                                                             1/8 teaspoon
Honey or other sweetener                                   1 tablespoon
Pure vanilla extract                                             1 teaspoon
Ice cubes                                                           2 cups (480 ml)

1. Pleace all ingredients in blender in order listed

2. Secure lid

3. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to high

4. Run for 1 minutes or until smooth

5. Serve immediately
