Herbed Tomato Vegetable Juice Ingredients:
Ripe tomatoes 3 cup (720 ml) quartered
Carrots 1/3 cup (80 ml)
Sweet green bell pepper 1/4 cup (60 ml)
Celery 1/3 cup (80 ml) with leave
Onion 1/4 cup (60ml)
Garlic 1/4 clove
Lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp
Honey or other sweetener 1/2 tsp
Black pepper pinch
Salt some
Small bay leave 1/2 (cooked juice only)
Small fresh basile leaf 1 (cooked juice only)
Herbed Tomato Vegetable Juice Steps:
Fresh juice
1. Place all ingredients in blender
2. Secure lid
3. Turn on machine and quickly turn to high
4. Run for 2 minutes. Chill and serve
Cooked Juice
1. Follow above instructions
2. Pour juice into a saucepan
3. Add bay leaf and fresh basil leaf
4. Simmer over medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally
5. Remove bay and basil leaves
6. Chill and serve
